2010 January School Holiday Coaching Camp

Each day the coaching runs from 9.00a.m. to 4.00p.m. (lunch break from 12.00p.m. to 1.00p.m.) at 99a Gillies Avenue, Newmarket, Auckland. The coaching will be organised by Auckland squad coaches James Han, Liu Peimin, and Wei Zhong Jiang.

The cost of the week long coaching is $90.00 per person. Alternatively, players can register for a single day at a cost of $25.00 per person. Click here to download a registration form.

2009 KVB Kunlun Auckland Open

The 2009 KVB Kunlun Auckland Open Table Tennis Championships were held on 29th - 30th August, 2009 at the Cathay Pacific Auckland table tennis stadium, 99a Gillies Avenue, Newmarket.

The Championships were proudly supported by KVB Kunlun, with a cash prize pool of $2,940.00. All players and spectators went in the draw to win spot prizes including a Butterfly Playback Rollaway table tennis table!

Lim Brothers Import & Export Company Ltd. Mooncakes

In September 2008 the Auckland Table Tennis Association were kindly donated Sun Win Wah Mooncakes by Lim Brothers Import & Export Company Ltd. All proceeds from the sale of the Sun Win Wah Mooncakes went towards the Auckland representative squad travel and accommodation expenses associated with attending the 2008 New Zealand Open Table Tennis Championships in Lower Hutt, Wellington.

Auckland City Council

The Auckland Table Tennis Association would like to acknowledge the support of Auckland City Council in providing funding for table tennis equipment for use in junior coaching groups throughout the 2008 season. Thanks Auckland City Council!

2008 KVB Kunlun ATTA Doubles Open

The Auckland Table Tennis Association (ATTA) hosted the inaugural KVB Kunlun ATTA Doubles Open on Saturday 26th April and Sunday 27th April, 2008 (with Sunday 27th April being the Finals Day).

Prizegiving for the winners of the KVB Kunlun Open Men's Doubles. Gold medalists Shane Laugesen/Liu Chao; Silver medalists Ryan Zhu/Nathan Lowe; Bronze medalists John Cordue/Simon Wallace and Chen Lei/James Han. Trophy presented by Mr. Jimmy Koh (KVB Kunlun).

The ATTA delivered the tournament in conjunction with Chinese Voice (transmitting on AM936 and FM 95.8 Chinese radio stations).

The ATTA would like to thank all event sponsors and co-sponsors of the 2008 KVB Kunlun ATTA Doubles Open. Your support made the event a fantastic success!

Southern Trust

The Auckland Table Tennis Association would like to acknowledge the Southern Trust in providing funding for new Butterfly Centrefold Rollaway table tennis tables at the Auckland table tennis stadium. Thanks Southern Trust!

Electronic semaphore board

The Auckland Table Tennis Association have installed an electronic semaphore board that displays team and individual names to improve the running of stadium clubs, school competitions, and tournaments. The electronic semaphore board was supplied by HMI Technologies and is the largest indoor sports board in New Zealand.

The electronic semaphore board is proudly supported by the ASB Bank Community Trust and HMI Technologies.
